In this video I'm going to talk about the Daniel Diet and how to do a Daniel Fast. The Daniel Diet is taken from the bible and helps you experience a break-through in your body, mind, and spirit.

The three things you must do in a Daniel fast right are:

1) Change your diet and consume a pulse (vegetables, seeds, nuts, fruits, and whole grains) for 10-21 days. However, I'd like you to stay away from gluten in your grains and consume sprouted grains instead. Also consume 8-10 glasses of water.

2) Spend time with God, 3 times a day for 5 minutes

3) Make every day a masterpiece by pursuing excellence in the work place
