There are definite causes of cellulite build up, and you can reduce this build up within a couple of days.

Tips to Get Rid of Cellulite:

1. You need to build your collagen structure with amino acids such as prolein and glycein or collagen (consume foods like bone broth)

2. Vitamin C Rich foods like kiwis, tomatoes, bell peppers, broccoli, lemons, etc

3. Sulfur Rich foods

4. Potassium Rich foods

5. Healthy fatty acids, specifically omega-3 fats (foods like wild caught fish)
